Super Saturday Eurovision 2025: full guide to the national selections
This weekend is a special one for all Eurofans, as it's the first super-weekend of the first Super Saturday Eurovision 2025, with no fewer than 8 Eurovision qualifying shows. On Saturday evening, the Eurovision family will be joined by 5 new artists who will have their ticket to Basel in May.
So what are we looking at and where?

So tonight, Friday 07 February, it's pretty easy. The Irish Eurosong (not to be confused with Belgium's Eurosong) kicks off this Friday at 22:35 live from Dublin. The show will see 6 artists perform on stage. They will be judged by the public, an international jury and an Irish jury (33% each).
From tomorrow onwards, it's all about a hair more complicated and you're going to have to make choices, or follow the evening on several screens... We start with the Vidbir 2025 Ukrainian at 5.30pm. 10 artists. From 8pm, you can choose between theUMK Finland, the second round of the Melodifestival Sweden, round 5 of the Lithuaniathen at 8.10pm the final of Supernova in Latvia, at 8.45pm the first semi-final of the Songvakeppnin and finally at 21:00 the final of the MESC for Malta.
Our review!
Tonight we'll be getting down to the Irish Eurosong, no argument there. Tomorrow we kick off Saturday night with Vidbir and Eurosong. Simple, basic. Then, between us, we're not really excited about the second round of the Melfest. So the Supernova final remains an interesting option for those who missed last week's semi-final. For the others, they can fall back on the UMK, even if we're a little less hyped after one of the favourites (One Morning Left) was disqualified and zap over to Supernova at around 9.45pm for the points to be awarded and the winner announced.
